Sponsored by the Tucker Development Club, Julissa is the 18-year-old daughter of Julia McMillan and is from the Tucker Community. She will be a freshman this fall at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and plans to major in radiology. Julissa says her sisters inspired her to run for Princess, because they gave her the positivity, courage, confidence and the key to success.
