Sponsored by the Choctaw Residential Center, Jaliah is the 20-year-old daughter of Isaiah Mingo and Alexis York and is from the Pearl River Community. She will be a junior this fall at the University of Alabama and is majoring in nursing. Jaliah’s favorite part of the Fair is seeing the beauty of our culture reflected in social dancing, stickball and the craftsmanship of our talented Choctaw artisans.
